Rabbi Meshulam Zusman of Zhytomyr described the recording and preservation of the Torah teachings. The manuscripts were given to the Bat Ayin, who reviewed them before moving to the Land of Israel.
Review and Approval before Publication
The Bat Ayin asked to take the manuscripts to Israel and later returned them with additions. In a letter, he requested that they be printed with the approval of leading rabbis, especially after review by Rabbi Mordechai of Chernobyl. This shows the care taken in transferring oral teachings to pages that would endure for generations.
